นิทรรศการ "Time to Stop - หยุดเวลา…"  จะเปิดให้เข้าชมตั้งแต่วันเสาร์ที่ 17 กันยายน – วันจันทร์ที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2554 ณ กอสสิปแกเลอรี่, อาคารสีลมแกเลอเรีย ชั้น 3, ห้อง 331  ถนนสีลม อาคารสีลมแกลเลอเรีย เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพ

นิทรรศการ "Time to Stop – หยุดเวลา…"  เป็นการแสดงผลงานของศิลปิน แนวหน้ารุ่นใหม่จากประเทศมองโกเลีย และ กัมพูชา ศิลปินทั้งสามนีเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างดีในประเทศของตัวเอง

บัตบัตธาร์ กุเรียวบาธาร์ (Batbataar Khurelbaatar)  เป็นศิลปินที่ได้รับรางวัลยอดเยี่ยมจากประเทศมองโกเลีย และยังได้รางวัลอันดับหนึ่งจากงานแสดงปักกิ่ง เบียลเนเลย์ ในปี 2010 งานของบัตธาร์ได้รวมเอาประวัติศาสตร์ที่ถูกลืมของประเทศมองโกเลียในสมัย ค.ศ. 1900 มาบอกเล่าผ่านทางผลงานสีน้ำมันของเขาให้เราได้รับรู้

เดนิส มินห์-คิม (Danis Minh-Kim)
ผลงานของเดนิส เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับศิลปะมวยเขมร ธรรมชาติของน้ำตกและลายผ้าขาวม้าของเขมร  เดนิสเติบโตมาช่วงการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่ของวัฒนธรรมเขมร ซึ่งมีผลกระทบต่อความคิดและความเป็นอยู่ของชาวเขมรส่วนใหญ่ เดนิสใชัสีชาโคล์ (Charcoal) เป็นสื่อในการเสนอผลงานได้อย่างสวยงาม


นานดินน์ เออร์ดีนน์ บัดแซคด์ (Nandin Erdene Budzagd ) เป็นศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์แนวหน้าคนหนึ่งของประเทศมองโกเลีย ผลงานของเธอส่วนใหญ่เป็นภาพเกี่ยวกับผู้หญิงโดยผลงานชุดนี้ เป็นการซึ่งนำเสนอวัฒนธรรมของชาวมองโกเลียในผลงานโดยการใช้สื่อผสม

Batbataar Khurelbaatar, award-winning Mongolian artist who has recreated a lost world from the early 1900s in Mongolia.  Batnar, in a series aptly called Pinhole, captures a time long forgotten.   Another set of work he is creating focuses on Buddhist bells found in temples and touched for good luck.   Batbataar won first prize in the Beijing Biennale in 2010.   Batbataar's extraordinary talent combines beautiful calligraphy of Mongolian script, surprising colors and incredible detail to create historical monuments.

Denis Minh-Kim.  Denis presents a series of extremely powerful works on paper focused on Khmer boxing, waterfalls and kromas. In his signature pieces of Khmer boxing, Denis portrays two fighters, playing with
timeframes to create multiple images.  He is a silent witness to the struggle in the Cambodian culture.   His work is chaotic and tense, while at the same time, beautiful.


Nandin Erdene Budzagd ("Nandia"), one of the most creative young female artists from Mongolia.  This is Nandia's second international group show after her first grop show in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in June.  Nandia's collages are an incredible collection of magazine cuttings, mainly creating images of women - almost always with at least one physical defect.  She also has created a series of paintings providing glimpses into the public and personal lives of Mongolians.
